ICS., Apr.1990, Japanese Camellia Cultivar List, No description. Originated in the Aichi Province, Japan. Nippon Tsubaki - Sasanqua Meikan, 1998, p.163 with colour photo; English translation p.112. Medium size, pale pink, lotus-form semi-double, tubular to split stamens. Flowers mid-season to late. Leaves elliptic, medium size, thick. Upright growth, vigorous dense branches. The original tree grows in a convent in Chita District. Named by Minoru Satō in 1979.
