Robert's Tina

Robert's Tina (C. japonica). published in American Camellia Yearbook 2021, p. 122.  Registered in 2021. ACS Registration #3287. It wasoriginated and registered by Pat B. Johnson from Cairo, Georgia, USA. A 15 yearold chance seedling. It was first bloomed in 2014. Flower semidouble toanemone to loose peony form with burst of stamens and petaloids in center, mediumsize 8.9 cm in diameter and 5.2 cm in depth, White with fine red stripes,sometimes solid red with yellow anthers and white filaments. Leaf mediumgreen, 6.4 cm long, and 3.2 cm wide. Plant upright, open growth, averagegrowth rate. Bloom mid-season to late.
