Botanical Characteristics and Biological Traits: [Tree] Arbor, upright growth habit, tree height 10.8 m, canopy width 6.2 m × 5.4 m, trunk diameter at base 0.6 m, lowest branch height 0.6 m, sparse branching. [New Shoots] One bud with one leaf in late March; one bud with two leaves in early April. Buds and leaves are green with few hairs; one bud with three leaves length 6.5 cm. [Leaves] Leaves grow slightly upward on new shoots, leaf length 12.5 cm, width 5.0 cm, leaf area 43.8 cm²; large leaves, long-elliptic in shape; 8–10 pairs of veins, green, shiny, slightly raised veins, leaf surface inwardly folded, leathery and relatively hard; leaf teeth moderately sharp, medium density, medium depth; leaf base cuneate, tip gradually pointed, leaf margin slightly wavy. [Flowers] Peak flowering period mid-November; five green, hairy sepals; flower diameter 5.5 cm, 10–12 white petals, thick texture; ovary 5-locular, hairless; style length 1.7–2.1 cm, apex of style 5-lobed, gynoecium tall.
