ACRS, Camellia News, No.36, 1969, p.14, Reg. No.110: Originated by Mrs Alice W. Walker, 1/24B Forsyth Street, Willoughby, NSW, Australia. A chance seedling of C.japonica Mrs. Swan. The seed was planted in 1953 and it first flowered 1960. The petalloid single, white flowers are produced on a dense, upright, vigorous plant, flowering mid-season to late and with large, dark green leaves.
