Anoaika (C. japonica) American Camellia Yearbook, 2023, p.82. Registered in 2023. ACS Registration #3332. It was originated and registered by Meyer Piet from Arcadia, California, USA. A 20-year-old chance seedling of C. japonica. It was first bloomed in 2015. Flower anemone form with stamens usually well hidden, white with medium pink stripes and flecks with yellow anthers and white filaments, large size, 11.4-12.7 in diameter. Leaf dark green, 5.1cm long and 2.5 cm wide. Plant vigorous growth rate, upright, medium density growth. Bloom mid-season to late.
