Arlana Hall Supreme (C. japonica) ACS, Reg. No.2385. American Camellia Yearbook, 1996,p1. with color photo in color inset 1. A large, cream white fading topink edges, semidouble C. japonica chance seedling, mid-season to late.Originated by Houghton S. Hall, San Anselmo, CA and propagated by Hulyn Smith,Valdosta, GA and Roscoe Dean, Lucedale, MS. The 19-year-old seedling firstbloomed in 1981. Average size flower is 4 1/2" wide and 2 1/2" deepwith 13 petals, 10 petaloid, yellow anthers and white filaments. The sweet peacoloring of this flower is dusted with this flower is dusted with tiny of darkpink. Plant growth is average and medium with dark green leaves measuring 31/2" long and 2 1/2" wide.
