» English Description

 Arnold's Pride. (C. reticulata hybrid). Australian Regn. No. 542.  Applicant: John Paddison, 'Redmyre', 120 Osborne Road, Burradoo, NSW, 2782. Originator: Dr John Arnold, 37 Toulon Ave., Wentworth Falls, NSW, 2782. A chance seedling that first flowered in 1993. A large deep pink paeony form flower with stamens loosely intermixed among the wavy petals. RHS 62B, 140 mm x 75 mm. Flowers floriferously mid-season to late on an upright, open plant of medium growth. Leaves green, ovoid, 100 mm x 35 mm. Spent flowers fall whole. Displayed at shows. Application received from the Shoalhaven Camellia Research Society Inc. Registered in 2002.
