Barker College. (C. japonica). Australian Regn. No. 565. Applicant, The Council of Barker College, 91 Pacific Highway, Hornsby, NSW, 2077. Originator, Alan Truran, 1 Lowe Road, Hornsby, New South Wales, 2077. A chance seedling of C. japonica 'Sally Fisher' that first flowered in 2000. A semi-double pink flower RHS 54C with 16 to 18 petals in two rows, with variable deeper pink slashes and stripes, RHS 50 to 52, 100 mm x 40 mm. Inner petals fluted. Flowers mid-season to late, on a fastigiate bushy plant. Leaves dark green, flat, glossy, elliptic 85 mm x 40 mm. Stamens arranged in a column. Application received from New South Wales Camellia Research Society Inc., in September 2005.
