Mizuno 1829, Sōmoku Kinyōshū, vol.5 in the section on dotted leaves. Bekkōmatsu is the name of the originator. Very small, round leaves with fine dots. See Kyōto Engei Kurabu, 1966, Tsubaki Tokushū, No.7, p.166. Originated in Japan. (Believed extinct.)
