ACS Registration #3086. This 6-year-old C. japonica chance seedling first bloomed in 2015. It was originated, registered and propagated by James Smelley of Moss Point, Mississippi. Bloom: The large sized 12.065cm x 10.16cm anemone to semi-double form flower is very light pink shading to darker pink on the edges. It has yellow anthers and white filaments.This profuse bloomer falls in one piece, is long lasting, has heavy petal texture, and consistent form. The blooms have fluted petal edges. Plant: The plant habit is upright. The growth rate is vigorous. The plant is suitable for landscaping and exhibition uses. Leaf: The dark green leaves average 6.985cm x 4.445cm with low serration. Bloom season: Midseason.
