ACS Registration #3080. This 7-year-old C. japonica chance seedling of ‘Lady Laura’ first bloomed in 2015. It was originated, registered and propagated by James Smelley of Moss Point, Mississippi. Bloom: The medium to large sized 12.065cm x 4.445cm - 5.08cm rose form double to semi-double form flower is dark pink with red stripes. It has yellow anthers and white filaments.This profuse bloomer falls in one piece, is long lasting, has heavy petal texture, and consistent form. Plant: The plant habit is upright. The growth rate is vigorous. The plant is suitable for landscaping and exhibition uses. Leaf: The dark green leaves average 8.89cm x 4.445cm with low serration. Bloom season: Early to late.
