Cipria

Cipria (C. hiemalis). European Reg. No 201. International Camellia Journal 2024, p. 31. Originated and propagated by Savioli nursery, Verbania, Italy. Seedling of C.oleifera in 2014, first flowering in 2018. Plant: growth habit, upright, dense foliage, growth rate, vigorous; early flowering (November in Italy). Flower: small, 6 cm in diameter, 1,5 cm in depth, semi-double with a double row of petals, white slightly shaded blush toward the center, wavy and fluted petals with yellow stamens. Leaf: small, medium green and matte, 7 x 3,5 cm, elliptic with serrated margin. Other data: cut flowers last days, a rare characteristic in Sasanqua group.
