New Zealand Camellia Bulletin, 2019, vol.XXX1, No.2, p.27. NZ Registration # 509. A Jim Finlay seedling of unknown parentage registered by Whangarei Quarry Gardens. Given to the Whangarei Quarry Gardens in 2000. The flower is coral red, RHS 45D, form is single, 10cm with a depth of 6cm. It has 7 veined petals which have an almost waxy texture. It has a sweet perfume. The leaves are 7cm x 4cm. The plant has a medium average growth and flowers midseason.
