American Camellia Yearbook, 1970, p.162, Reg. No.1081: A 13 year old chance seedling that first bloomed 1958; originated by Dr John D. Lawson, Antioch, California, USA. Plant growth is upright, average in density and slow in rate, with medium sized, dark green leaves. The formal double bloom is blush with an occasional pink streak, no anthers. It mea­sures 11 cm across and 3.5 cm deep with 60-65 petals. Late flowering.
