ACRS., 1967, Camellia News, No.28, p.5, Reg. No.85: Originated at Gill’s Gren­don Nurseries, East Brighton, Victoria, Australia. Seed parent Jean Lyne and pollen parent Gauntlettii. It has an upright habit and flowers mid-season, 10-12 cm across. White flowers suffused with pale blush pink in the bud. The leaves are dark green, 9.5 cm x 4.5 cm, with fine serrations.
