New Zealand Camellia Bulletin, 1982, vol.XII, No.7, p.52, Reg. No.184: The parent is an unregistered seedling of C.saluenensis x C.japonica ‘Fuyajo’ (Kon-wabisuke) crossed with C.hybrid Tiny Princess, originated by O. Blumhardt, Whangarei, New Zealand. The plant has an open, upright habit with medium growth and dark green leaves, 5 cm x 2.5 cm. The semi-double flowers are bright rose, 4 cm across by 2.5 cm deep with 15 petals. Flowers midseason. The flowers are borne along the branches in the leaf axils.
