New Zealand Camellia Bulletin, 2019, vol.XXX1, No.3, p.29. NZ Register # 528. A Jim Finlay seedling of unknown parentage registered by
Whangarei Quarry Gardens. Given to the Whangarei Quarry Gardens in 2000 and
first flowered in 2000. The flower is shaded pink to a lighter centre, RHS 52A
55C, formal double form , 11cm with a depth of 4cm. It has up to 120 petals and
a faint perfume.. The leaves are 8.5 x 4.5cm and its growth is upright medium,
open growth. It flowers mid to late season. It has many flowers late in the
season.
