American Camellia Yearbook 1980. p.164, Reg. No.1628: A very large, rose-red and white peony form mutant of Francie L Variegated, flowers mid-season. Originated by Clyde X. Copeland, Jackson, Mississippi, USA. First observed 1978. Average flower size 13 cm across x 8.5 cm deep.
