Gloria Ann (C. japonica).  published in American Camellia Yearbook 2021, p. 104. Registered in 2021. ACS Registration #3251. A 20 year old chance seedling of unknown parents. first bloomed in 2005. It was registered and originated by Clarence & Lillian Gordy from Ocala, Florida, USA. Flowers formal double with pointed petals, small to medium size, 2.5-7.6 cm in diameter, 4.4-5.1 cm in depth, rich deep rose red. Leaf medium green with low serration, 5.1-11.4 cm long, 1.9-3.2 cm wide. Plant growth rate average, upright, medium density growth. Bloom season mid-season to late.
