Basic Information: 【Variety Type】Wild related species; 【Origin】Maguan County, Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province; 【Preservation Location】Maguan County, Yunnan Province; 【Observation Location】Maguan County, Yunnan Province. Botanical and Biological Characteristics: 【Tree】Small tree, upright posture, tree height 7.9m, canopy width 7.8m x 6.9m, trunk diameter at base 0.8m, dense branching. 【New Shoots】Single bud with one leaf stage in late February, single bud with two leaves stage in early March, buds and leaves reddish-purple with many hairs, single bud with three leaves 7.1cm long, 100 buds weight 98.3g. 【Leaves】Leaves grow slightly upward on the shoots, leaf length 14.1cm, leaf width 4.6cm, leaf area 45.4cm², large leaves, lanceolate; 9–13 pairs of veins, yellow-green leaves, slightly raised surface, leaf body inwardly folded, relatively hard leathery texture; leaf teeth medium sharpness, medium density, shallow depth, cuneate base, gradually pointed tip, slightly wavy margin. 【Flowers】Peak flowering in early November, 5 sepals, green, hairless; corolla diameter 5.0cm, 5 petals, white, thin texture; ovary 4 chambers with hairs, style length 1.6cm, style tip 4-lobed with mid-position lobes, pistil tall. 【Fruits and Seeds】Fruit spherical, diameter 4.2cm, fresh fruit skin thickness 5.5mm; seed hemispherical, seed diameter 1.8cm, seed coat brown. Quality Traits: Spring tea with one bud and two leaves initial expansion, dry sample water extract 41.7%, caffeine 0.1%, tea polyphenols 21.0%, amino acids 1.8%, phenol-to-amino ratio 11.8. Total catechins 74.50mg/g, including EGCG 15.10mg/g, EGC 52.10mg/g, ECG 4.00mg/g, EC 3.30mg/g. Resistance Traits: None
