Processed baked green tea has a glossy green appearance, bright tender green liquor, refreshing fragrance, rich and mellow taste, and tender bright green infused leaves. In spring, the water-extractable content of one bud with two leaves is 42.6%, tea polyphenol content 18.4%, amino acid content 4.6%, and caffeine content 3.3%. 【Suitable Regions】Suitable for cultivation in the Jiangnan tea-growing region.
