Shirai-Bunko, 1789, Shoshihi Hanagatachō. Semi-double, large size, red with erect petaloids in the centre and spotted with white. The variegated form of Kara-ito. See Kyōto Engei Kurabu, 1964, Tsubaki Tokushū, No.5, p.79. Thought to be synonymous with Goshoguruma. Originated in Japan.
