Itō Jukyū, 1739, Honzō Hanamakie, vol.15; Kasuya, Kamegorō, 1859, Tsubaki Irohanayose Irotsuki, in single flower section; Itō, Ko'emon, 1879, Chinkashū: Light pink with large and small streaks of white, large sized single. Cylindrical sta­men column. Originated in Japan. (Believed extinct.)
