American Camellia Yearbook, 1979, p.107, Reg. No.1575: A small, dark pink, formal double C.japonica chance seedling; late blooming. Originated by Sam & Ferol Zerkowsky, Slidell, Louisiana, USA. The 9 year old seeding first bloomed in 1970. Its flower has 150 petals. Average size, 7.5 cm across x 7.5 cm deep.
