Latest Illustrated Book of Japanese Camellias, (Camellias of Japan), 2010, p.289 with colour photo; Small to medium semi-double, white with some thin red stripes, lotus form, tubular stamens. Flowers mid-season to late. Leaves elliptic, small to medium size. Upright and densely branched. A cross of Tsuki-no-fue x Our Betty, originated by Misoji Yamaguchi and released in 2009.
