American Camellia Yearbook, 1974, vol.II, p.235, Reg. No.1328: A 6 year old chance seedling that first flowered 1970. Originated by H.W. Steindorff, Greenville, Alabama, USA. Plant growth is average with dark green leaves, 8 cm x 3.8 cm. The formal double type bloom is delicate pink with over 60 petals. Average size is 8 cm across x 4.5 cm deep. Rosebud centre with tiny rose-red brush marks on almost every petal. Blooms mid-season.
