ACS, The Camellia Journal, Mar. 2009, p.29, Regn No. 2754. Originated by John M Davy, Milton, Fla, USA. American Camellia Yearbook, 2008, p.121 with colour photo; A 35 year old chance seedling, first flowered 1977. Propagated by Panhandle Select, LLC, Milton, Fla. The 7.5 cm diameter peony form flower is dark pink with streaks of dark coral pink. Stamens hidden by the petals have light yellow anthers and yellow filaments. Growth is upright, spreading and open, at average rate. Flowers early to mid-season. Dark green leaves average 9 cm x 4.5 cm.
