Originated by Begona Franco, Boiro, ACoruna, Spain. FLOWER formal double, imbricated, about 6 - 7.8 cm in diameter and 3.2 -3.7 cm depth, 53B red group RHS colour chart; Petals: 54 to 100, rounded to elliptical, with cordate margin; internal incurved and external reflexed. Some petals are homogeneous in color and others with white stripes. LEAF 9 -11 cm long and 4 - 5.5 cm wide, medium green, dull, elliptical to lanceolate; Margin: finely dentate; Apex: pointed to acuminated; Base: acute. PLANT Habit: bushy and medium growth. Blooming period mid-season to late, about three months flowering, from mid-February to May. It was originated in 1997 and first bloomed in 2005.
