American Camellia Yearbook, 1983, p.163, Reg. No.1894: A small, pink formal to rose form double, C.japonica chance seedling that blooms mid-season to late. Originated in USA by E.D. Cowan. Ruston, Louisiana. The 6 year old seedling first bloomed 1982. Size, 6 cm across x 2 cm deep with 36 petals. Plant growth is upright and slow with light green leaves, 8 cm long x 3.2 cm. wide.
