[Variety Origin] Systematically selected from 'Sichuan Zhongxiaoye' by Sichuan Mingshan Tea Tree Seed Breeding Farm and others. [Characteristics and properties] Small trees, medium-leaved, early-blooming species. The tree posture is semi-open, the growth potential is strong, the branching part is low, and the branching density is dense. The leaf blade is upwardly inserted, the shape of leaf blade is narrowly elliptic, the length of leaf blade is 11.4 centimeters, the width is 4.3 centimeters; the color of leaf is medium green; the shape of the apex of leaf blade is obtuse. The exploitation period is usually in the middle of March, and the full bloom of one bud and two leaves is usually in the middle to late March; the germination density is medium, and the velvet is medium. The new shoots in summer and fall are slightly purple buds; the length of one bud and three leaves is 7.0 cm, and the weight of one hundred buds is 33.5 grams. Blooming period is in the middle of November every year, the petal color is white, the petals are 5-6, the corolla is about 3.8 cm in diameter, the style is 0.9 cm long, the position of the style dehiscence is low, the stigma is 3-lobed, the androgynous androgynous are as high as each other or the pistil is higher than the stamen. The spring buds contain 21.9% polyphenols, 4.3% amino acids, 4.0% caffeine, and 50.9% water leachate. Suitable for green tea and black tea.
