Minuma-no-haru

Yokoyama & Kirino, 1989, Nihon no Chinka, p.122, description, p.123, colour photo: Large to medium size, soft pink, single opening almost flat with 6-7 large, broad, overlapping petals with waved and crimped margins and central sta­men cylinder with white filaments, joined for the lower half, and gold anthers. Leaves elliptic to oblanceolate, dark green, apices blunt acute. Originated in Saitama Prefecture, Japan.
