Miraku

Nippon Tsubaki - Sasanqua Meikan, 1998, p.256 with colour photo; English translation p.180. Miniature, purplish red, tubular to trumpet shaped single, round petals, cylindrical stamen column. Flowers early to mid-season. Leaves elliptic, somewhat small and flat Upright growth. A cross between ‘Inabayuri’ and Ichiraku. Originated by Nobuo Sasai in 1984, released in 1997. From Okayama Prefecture.
