Yokoyama & Kirino, 1989, Nihon no Chinka, p.34, colour photo and description: Leaves narrow-elliptic, dark green, apices tapering acuminate, recurved, margins serrulate. Blooms mid-season. Originated in Kantō area Japan. Named by Sae Suzuki, released by Hiroshi Suzuki around 1974.
