Processed roasted green tea appears tender yellow-green and glossy, with a light yellow-green bright liquor, fresh and strong aroma, mellow and fresh taste, and tender, entire, jade-white leaves at the base with brightness. Spring one-bud-two-leaf water extract content is 46.0%, tea polyphenol content 17.0%, amino acid content 5.4%, and caffeine content 3.2%. 【Suitable Areas】Suitable for areas with slightly acidic soils in Zhejiang, Jiangnan tea region.
