Nippon Tsubaki - Sasanqua Meikan, 1998, p.120 with colour photo; English translation p.82. Small, yellowish white, anemone to open peony with thick petals. Flowers mid-season. Leaves narrowly elliptic, medium size, waved, thick. Weeping branches, somewhat weak growth. A chance sedling of Kamo-honnami. Named and released by Shinichi Noguchi in 1987. From Tokyo.
