ACS Registration #3065. This 18-year-old C. japonica chance seedling first bloomed in 2012. It was originated by Lillian Gordy of Ocala, Florida, registered by Mark Crawford of Valdosta, Georgia, and propagated by Loch Laurel Nursery of Valdosta, Georgia. Bloom: The large sized 11.43 cm x 5.08 cm (treated 12.7 cm x 6.35 cm) semi-double form flower is dark orchid pink with lavender overtones. It has yellow anthers and pink filaments.This profuse bloomer falls in one piece, has heavy petal texture, and consistent form.This bloom has wavy petals. Plant: The plant habit is spreading. The growth rate is slow. The plant is suitable for landscaping and exhibition uses. Leaf: The dark green leaves average 10.16 cm x 3.17 cm with low serration. Bloom season: Midseason.
