Blooms early to mid-season. Originated by Nuccio's Nurseries, Altadena, California, USA, as a seedling of Tama-no-ura. Nuccio’s #8714.

Tama Bell铃儿（C. japonica)红山茶。1993，美国加州Altadena，Nuccio种苗园培育选出。Tama-no-ura (玉の浦）自然实生种。单瓣、钟形、白色、瓣基部红色、迷你~小轮、花期12~2 月、偶有纯红色花、树性直立、蓬松、长势强。
