Xiari Guangchang

Xiari Guangchang (C. azalea hybrid). ICS, Journal 2011, p.57 with colour photo. A cross of C. azalea x Dr Clifford Parks. Flowers dense, deep red, semi-double. Diameter 8-14 cm with 17 petals, obovate, slightly notched tips and darker red veins visible. Over 100 stamens with occasional erect petaloids interspersed. Filaments light pink and stamens yellow. Compact plant with dense branches. Flowers summer to midwinter. 夏日广场 Camellia ‘Xiari Guangchang’ 中国登录号：2012-101，《中国花卉园艺》2012年第22期46页。由高继银命名，棕榈园林股份有限公司的赖国传、刘玉玲培育并登录。此品种是杜鹃红山茶与云南山茶‘帕克斯先生’的杂交后代中选育。2006年播种，2010 年首次开花。花蕾球形，萼片绿色，花朵稠密。花瓣暗红色，半重瓣到牡丹型，花径 8 ～ 14cm，花瓣先端微缺，倒卵形，有明显深红脉纹，中部花瓣略扭曲，偶有白斑。雄蕊多，花心常可见少量瓣化雄蕊，花丝粉红色。叶片浓绿色，长椭圆形，厚革质，叶面光滑，边缘具浅锯齿。植株紧凑、枝条稠密、生长旺盛。花期6月中旬至12月。

高继银、刘信凯、赵强民，2016. 《四季茶花杂交新品种彩色图集》, p.263。“花蕾球形，萼片绿色，开花稠密。花朵红色至暗红色，半重瓣型至牡丹型，中到巨型花，花径8.0～14.0cm，花瓣17枚，倒卵形，先端微缺，有明显深红色脉纹，花芯偶现一些直立、扭曲的雄蕊瓣，外部的大花瓣和中部的小花瓣偶有白斑，雄蕊100多枚，花丝淡粉红色。叶片浓绿色，厚革质，长椭圆形，长11.9cm，宽4.6cm，边缘具浅锯齿。植株紧凑，枝条稠密，生长旺盛。夏季始花，秋、冬盛花，春季零星开花。
