Yumekazari

Yokoyama & Kirino, 1989, Nihon no Chinka, p.372, colour photo and description: Large size, soft pink with rare red streak, white border, informal, incomplete double with large, irregular, waved outer petals and some smaller, erect fluted inner petals and a stamen cluster with yellow anthers. Leaves elliptic, deep green, apices taper­ing acute, margins serrulate. Flowers mid-season to late. Originated in Izu Ohshima, Japan. A sport of Azumakazari. Discovered and released by Takeo Ogawa in 1985.
