ICS President's Medal has been awarded to Prof. Zhonglang Wang
On March 25-29, the 32nd International Camellia Congress was held in Verbania, Italy, Prof. Zhonglang Wang, of Kunming Botanical Garden, Kunming Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences, attended the congress, and had a lecture on "The latest progress of the Database of International Camellia Congress", and participated in the Director's Meeting of ICS.
At the closing ceremony, Zhonglang Wang was awarded the President's Medal for his outstanding contribution to the International Camellia Register. The medal is issued every 2-3 years, with 1-2 medals awarded each time to recognize people who have made outstanding contributions to the camellia world.
