Flowers are pink, rose or red, vary in form from single to double, bud set may be abundant. Since this is a group of highly variable hybrids, the botanical characteristic differ greatly from cultivar to cultivar and have little meaning. In general, these cultivars are highly variable hybrids and segregates of C. sasanqua. Distibution: Only known in cultivation, origi-nally from China and Japan.
