ACS Registration #3010. The Camellia Journal,71(3):29 with name and color photo. American Camellia Yearbook, 2016, p. 136 with color photo and description. This 16-year-old C. japonica chance seedling first bloomed in 2006. It was originated, registered and propagated by Pat B. Johnson of Cairo, Georgia, USA. Bloom: The medium sized 8.9cm x 6.3cm loose peony to full peony form flower is pale pink with pink stripes and flecks. It has yellow anthers and yellow filaments. The blooms have consistent form, are long lasting and fall in one piece. Plant: The plant habit is upright and dense. The growth rate is vigorous. The plant is suitable for landscaping and exhibition uses. Leaf: The dark green leaves have low serration and average 6.3cm x 5.1cm. Bloom season: Midseason to late.
