No.195: A seedling raised by Neville Haydon, Papakura, New Zealand from a cross of C.rosi­flora x C.tsaii hybrid ‘Mother Bear’, that first flowered 1981 and is dwarf with a weeping habit of growth. Growth rate is medium with midgreen, wavy leaves, 6 cm x 2 cm. The single, minia­ture flower is white with yellow anthers, small, 1.5 cm across by 1.0 cm deep and 6 petals. Mid­season flowering. It has a unique plant form, resembling a miniature tree with weeping branches. Chinese synonym: ‘Tongliu’.朱國棟、蔡燦玉，2011. 《台灣茶花族譜》，p.22.

New Zealand Camellia Bulletin, vol.XIII, No.2, April-June, 1983, p.11, Reg. No.188: A seedling originated by Mrs Ida Berg, Whakatane, New Zealand. The female parent is an un-named seedling from C.saluenensis x C.reticulata ‘Crimson Robe’, (Dataohong). The male parent is C.japonica Mahogany Glow. First flowered 1979. Habit upright with a medium growth rate. The dark green leaves average 10 cm x 7.5 cm. The very large, single flowers have 7 crinkled petals and are up to 15 cm across, flame red with rose coloured stamens. Opens fairly flat. Flowers early.

New Zealand Camellia Bulletin, 1983, vol.XIII, No.2, p.11, Reg. No.192: A chance seedling of C.reticulata ‘Crimson Robe’, (Dataohong), originated by H.G. Austin, New Plymouth, New Zealand that first flowered 1979 on a spreading. open plant of medium growth, with dark green leaves, 12 cm x 5 cm. The very large, semi-double form, measures up to 20 cm across x 8 cm deep with 25 petals and an occasional petaloid. Anthers are golden and it flowers mid-season. Its texture is firm and its colour an intense Rose Madder.

First bloomed 1975. Leaves are dark green, 13 cm x 6 cm. The large, rose form double flowers are rose-pink with an orange shading, 11 cm across x 5 cm deep. Early flowering.

New Zealand Camellia Bulletin, 1983, vol.XIII, No.2, p.12, Reg. No.196: A seedling of Onetia Holland x Pensacola Red, originated by O.F. Over de Linden, Takapuna, New Zealand. It first flowered 1981 on a plant of average growth with dark green leaves, 11 cm x 7 cm. The anemone formed flower is very large, 13 cm across x 6 cm deep, white with 10 petals and 135-145 petaloids. It is distinguished by its large, high, petaloid centre. Flowers mid-sea­son.

New Zealand Camellia Bulletin, 1983, vol.XIII, No.2, p.12, Reg. No.194: An 8 year old seedling of C.saluenensis x C.japonica Joshua E. Youtz, originated by Felix Jury, Wait­ara, New Zealand. It has an open, spreading habit and slow growth rate. The leaves are dark green and average, 8.5 cm long x 4 cm wide. The rose form double flower has 55 petals and is soft rose suffused to very pale rose in the centre, The large flowers, 13 cm across x 4 cm deep, bloom mid-season to late and have a characteristic waviness in their conformation. Ortho­graphic errors: 'Julia Felix', 'Julia Falix', 'Julia Palix'.

The female parent is an unnamed C.saluenensis x C.reticulata Dataohong and the male parent is Dataohong. First flowered 1980 on an upright, dense plant of medium growth. Leaves average 7.5 cm x 5 cm. The peony form flowers are a bright cerise pink with 20 petals and average 12.5 cm across x 5 cm deep. Firm texture.

Camellia Haven Catalogue, 1983; New Zealand Camellia Bulletin, 1984, vol.XIII, No.8, p.12, Reg. No.222: This 24 year old seedling of Plantation Pink x Kanjiro was originated by O.F. Over De Linden, Whangaparaoa, New Zealand. The plant has a dense, spreading habit, rapid growth and dark green leaves, 7 cm x 4.5 cm. The pink, anemone form flowers have a high petaloid centre, 10 petals and 30-40 petaloids with creamy filaments and yellow anthers. Size is 9 cm x 5 cm; colour RHS.CC.70C, Red purple group. Flowers very early. (Autumn).

New Zealand Camellia Bulletin, 1983, vol. XIII, No.3, p.28, Reg. No. 197: A controlled cross of C.pitardii var pitardii x C.japonica ‘Fuyajo’ (Kon-wabisuke), origi­nated by Mrs A.B. Durrant, Rotorua, New Zealand. It first bloomed 1972. It is average with slow, spreading growth. Leaves mid-green, 5 cm x 2.5 cm. The trumpet shaped, single flowers have 5 petals and are miniature, 4.5 cm across x 5 cm deep. Colour is Neyron Rose (RHS.CC. Red, 55A to Red Purple, 58C). Anthers are bright gold, filaments cream. Flowers early to late.

New Zealand Camellia Bulletin, 1983, vol.XIII, No.2, p.12, Reg. No.193: Originated by Felix Jury, Waitara, New Zealand. An 8 year old seedling of C.saluenensis x C.japonica Joshua E. Youtz. It forms an upright plant with dark green leaves, 8 cm long x 4 cm wide. The for­mal double flower is 10 cm across x 4 cm, deep with 50 petals; the colour of the outer ones is soft lavender, suffusing to cream at the centre. Flowers mid-season to late.
