International Camellia Society, No.24, 1992, p.80, Reg. No.23: Originated by R.H. Ellis, Doomsday Gardens, Horsham, West Sussex, England: Small, 8 cm across x 5 cm deep, pink (RHS.CC.55A, 56C) single. A chance seedling of Milo Rowell that first flowered 1985 at 7 years of age. Buds round, (RHS.CC.139). Flowers mid-season. Petal texture heavy. Self grooming. Similar to C.japonica Gertrude Preston. Leaves green, elliptic, 7.5 cm long x 4 cm wide, smooth. Plant growth bushy and rapid.
