Ryūkyū

JCS 1994, Tsubaki, No.33, p.35, illustration p.33: Deep red, small size, cup-shaped single with bright yellow anthers. Early blooming. Leaves medium size, glossy green, elliptic. Plant growth upright and sturdy. A chance seedling of Uminaibi. Originated by Hiroshi Matsuda, Okinawa, Japan.
