Itō, Ihei, 1695, Kadan Chikinshō, #126: Itō, Jukyū, 1739, Honzō Hanamaki’e; Kasuya, Kamegorō, 1859, Tsubaki Irohanayose Irotsuki: Small, formal double, red and white min­gled coloured flower. Convex in shape. Very similar to Hoshiguruma. Different readings: ‘Sashimajiri’, ‘Sachimaze’. Originated in Japan.
