Seibundō Shinkōsha, 1980, Senchinshū, p.64, colour photo, p.218, description: Small size, single, soft pink, fading almost to white at petal base. Six overlapping petals, opening cup-shaped, Thick, central stamen column, pale cream filaments, light yellow anthers. Leaves dark green, oval-elliptic, apices acute, undulate, margins finely shallowly serrate. Originated in Kantō area, Japan. Resembles Tsumagome and Hatsugeshō.
