The biochemical sample of one bud and two leaves of spring tea contains 34.3% of tea polyphenols, 4.1% of amino acids, 3.2% of caffeine, 47.5% of water leachate. Suitable for green tea. Baked green tea, dark green appearance, clear and bright soup color, aroma of chestnut flavor persistent, taste fresh and mellow, leaf bottom tender green and bright. The first growth cycle mu yield of one bud and two leaves of 194 kg of fresh leaves, than the control 'Fuding Dabaicha' 70% increase in yield; the second growth cycle mu yield of one bud and two leaves of 134 kg of fresh leaves, than the control 'Fuding Dabaicha' 76% increase in yield. 五峰212 (Camellia sinensis ‘Wufeng 212’). 陈亮等. 2024.《中国茶树品种资源志(上卷)茶树登记品种》第382-383申请者】五峰土家族自治县茶叶发展中心,五峰土家族自治县茶叶科学研究所。【育种者】覃士才;刘成栋;黄少奇;张书芹;邬运辉;付本鑫;胡斌;郑睿捷;胡庆琼;覃文波。【品种编号】非主要农作物品种登记号:GPD茶树(2023)420012。原湖北省农作物品种审定委员会审定编号:鄂审茶2009002【品种来源】五峰土家族自治县茶叶发展中心等从五峰本地群体种中单株选育而成。【特征特性】灌木型,早生种,生长势强,树姿半开张,分枝密度中等,大叶类,叶片长度11.1厘米、宽度5.3厘米,叶片中等椭圆形,叶片着生状态向上。在武汉地区春茶一芽一叶期在3月中旬,新梢芽叶淡绿色,茸毛中等,发芽密度中等,一芽三叶长6.6厘米、百芽重91.0克。盛花期每年10月上旬至中旬。春茶一芽二叶生化样含茶多酚34.3%,氨基酸4.1%,咖啡碱3.2%,水浸出物47.5%。适制绿茶。制烘青绿茶,外形深绿显毫,汤色清澈明亮,香气栗香持久,滋味鲜醇,叶底嫩绿明亮。第一生长周期亩产一芽二叶鲜叶194千克,比对照‘福鼎大白茶’增产70%;第二生长周期亩产一芽二叶鲜叶134千克,比对照‘福鼎大白茶’增产76%。抗茶小绿叶蜂,抗茶炭疽病,抗寒性和抗旱性较强。【适宜种植区域及栽培技术要点】适宜在湖北茶区种植。建议与中生品种搭配种植。
