[Characteristics]: Shrub type, large-leaved, early-born species. The tree posture is erect, strong growth potential, low branching site, dense branching. The leaf blade is upwardly inserted, moderately elliptic, 11.8 centimeters long, 4.7 centimeters wide, green in color, with a sharp apex. The exploitation period is generally in mid-March, and the full bloom of one bud and two leaves is generally in late March; the germination density is high, and there are many velvet hairs. The buds are fat and rich in inclusions, with high EGCG content. The blooming period is in the second half of October every year. The biochemical sample of spring one bud and two leaves contains 3.8% amino acid, 3.8% caffeine, 48.7% water leachate. Suitable for green tea. The shape of green tea is flat and straight, yellow-green with hair, the aroma is fresh, strong and lasting, the soup color is tender and green and bright, the taste is fresh and mellow and sweet, and the bottom of the leaf is yellow-green and bright. The first growth cycle mu yield of one bud and two leaves 162 kg of fresh leaves, than the control 'Fuding big white tea' 28% increase in yield; the second growth cycle mu yield of one bud and two leaves 164 kg of fresh leaves, than the control 'Fuding big white tea' 17% increase in yield. 杨亚军、杨月荣主编,2014. 《中国无性系茶树品种志》上海科学技术出版社,第217页。【产地与分布】由南江县农业局和四川省农科院茶叶研究所从南江县野生南江大叶茶树群体品种中经多年单株系统选育而成,原产四川省南江县。四川茶区有较大面积栽培。2012年通过四川省农作物品种审定委员会审定,编号川审茶2012001。【形态特征】 树姿开张,分枝较密,节间长。叶椭圆形,叶色翠绿,富光泽,叶缘平,成微波状,锯齿大小较均匀,叶渐尖稍长。子房有茸毛,柱头3裂。【特性】 春季萌发期早,2010年在四川南江观测,一芽二叶期出现在3月28日,与福鼎大白茶相同。芽叶生育力強,发芽整齐,密度大,持嫩性强,黄緑色,茸毛多,一芽三叶百芽重61.8g。2013年在四川南江取样,春茶一芽二叶含茶多酚20.7%、氨基酸5.0%、咖啡碱4.3%、水浸出物47.3%。产量高,每667㎡可产干茶160kg以上。适制绿茶、红茶,品质优。制芽形名茶,扁直较润,黄绿带毫,香气鲜浓持久,汤色嫩绿明亮,滋味鲜醇回甘。抗寒性、抗旱性、抗病虫能力均较强,适应性广。【适栽地区】我国緑茶及红茶茶区推广。【栽培要点】注意增施有机肥,加强营养调控、树势调控管理。
