云红茶3 (Camellia sinensis var. assamica ‘Yunhongcha 3’). 陈亮等. 2024.《中国茶树品种资源志(上卷)茶树登记品种》第614-615.申请者】云南省农业科学院茶叶研究所。【育种者】包云秀;杨兴荣;黄玫;梁名志;李荣福;刘本英;田易萍;陈春林;陈林波;徐丕忠;尚卫琼;李朝云;邓少春。【品种编号】非主要农作物品种登记号:GPD茶树(2024)530044。原云南省非主要农作物品种登记编号:滇登记茶树2014008号,原名‘云茶红3号’。【品种来源】云南省农业科学院茶叶研究所从‘福鼎大白茶’x‘云抗10号’人工杂交后代中单株选育而成。【特征特性】小乔木型,大叶类,早生种。树姿开张,生长势强,分枝部位中,分枝密。叶片向上着生,中等椭圆形,长15.1厘米,宽5.7厘米,叶绿色,先端尖锐。在勐海地区开采期一般为2月下旬至3月上旬,一芽二叶盛期一般在3月上旬至3月中旬;发芽密度高,茸毛多;一芽三叶长8.4厘米,一芽三叶百芽重117.0克。盛花期为每年10月中旬。春茶一芽二叶生化样含茶多酚29.4%,氨基酸3.1%,咖啡碱3.6%,水浸出物49.3%。适制红茶。制工夫红茶,外形较壮结、有金毫、棕褐,汤色红明亮,滋味尚浓醇甘鲜,叶底较厚软匀、红亮;制红碎茶,外形棕褐油润,汤色红艳,香气甜香,滋味浓鲜。第一生长周期亩产一芽二叶干茶144千克,比对照‘云抗10号’增产23%;第二生长周期亩产一芽二叶干茶128千克,比对照‘云抗10号’增产20%。抗炭疽病,中抗云纹叶枯病,感茶饼病,中抗小绿叶蝉,抗咖啡小爪螨,感蓟马,抗寒性和抗旱性强。【适宜种植区域及栽培技术要点】适宜在海拔为1000-2500米的西南生态区、最低温度-3C˚的云南西双版纳、普洱、保山茶区夏季种植。以双行单株条栽为宜,亩植2500-3000株。严格进行3次定型修剪;加强培肥管理,鲜叶采摘宜细嫩采,全年以采一芽二叶优质茶原料为主,每隔5-7天采摘1次;成龄茶园每隔2-3年要深修剪1次。病虫害防治以农业防治为主。
